This “Revised Timothy’s Ledgerock Blend is 70% Weatheredge

Ledgerock, 20% Elite Blue Ledgerock, and 10% Midnight Black

Ledgerock. The builder is very happy that he added the 10% of

Midnight Black… they not only enjoy the added color,

but also the added sparkle.

Notice the size of these “L-Shaped Thin Veneer Corners”.

Quite a transformation. They are so happy with it.

They are considering still doing the entire chimney with the

“Revised Timothy’s Ledgerock Blend”. Imagine how that will add

“curb appeal” to an already exciting project.

Large returns (like approximately 7″ return on this one) make

corners so solid and strong. The widest return on a corner gives the

illusion that the wall is at least that thick. It’s awesome that an

amazing thin veneer corner (that is only 1 1/2″ thick can give the

illusion of a 10″ thick wall because of the wide return.

The plain “Stucco Skirt” was how the entire house looked on the

date of purchase. The contractor proudly showed us how much

better it looks now, after he changed the stucco skirt to a Natural

Stone Skirt. What an amazing transformation.
