The Collingwood Brown Sandstone surrounded with
so much wood is amazing together.
The (left side) wood box (above) is capped on top with
live edge wood and has a matching divider inside the
wood box for keeping the kindling (above) and the
firewood (below the divider) separate.
The (right side) wood box also has a “live edge
wooden cap” but no divider.
The above picture gives a good view of the Weathered
Face Brown Sandstone Hearth with a natural
weathered top and live edge.
This right side view shows the natural weathered top
and live edge of the hearth from this side. The customer
wanted an extremely rustic hearth which we succeeded
in supplying.
The old barn beam mantle fits everything so well.
The Chandelier, the Collingwood Brown Weathered
Face Sandstone and all the natural wood are Awesome
together. The Stone Mason did an amazing job of fitting
the natural edges of the sandstone, rather than altering
edges with a saw. He put great effort into keeping the
project as natural as possible.
