We still had snow when we visited this jobsite near Uxbridge, ON.

We appreciated that the builder drove out of his way to meet us on site.

We enjoyed our visit.

A close-up pic of the Tumbled Harvest Gold Limestone Squares & Rec’s.

They used a quite rustic, flush mortar joint to achieve the aged

appearance they were looking for. They also added some “Tan Mortar Color”.

The weathered looking “dimpled face” of the Squares & Recs, or the

Random, are both more golden in color, compared to the Ledgerock

(which is the split edge of the stone) is more beige in color. You can

change the color of a project greatly by just exposing the other edge

of the stone.

These Chimneys are very tall. They chose to use green siding up

against the Harvest Gold Limestone.

A very tall chimney, with the Harvest Gold Limestone going right up

into the peak.

Work in progress. Notice that the Tumbled harvest Gold Limestone

Squares & Recs were guillotined smaller than our Standard Practice is.

We can make small pieces or much larger ones… to match a customers taste.

There’s going to be a beautiful view from these large windows overlooking

the natural woodland, when the plastic cover sheets are removed.

We look forward to coming back upon completion, especially when the

“Tumbled Limestone Cobblestone” that we produced are all laid in

several rooms. They chose Brown, Gray, Buff, and Black as their

cobblestone color choices, and requested random lengths guillotined

to range from 3″ to 9″ long. You don’t need to reclaim cobbles to get

an ancient looking interior floor, walkway, patio, or driveway. Its amazing

how you can achieve a 500 year old appearance, as soon as the job is completed.

Yes we get snow in Canada!

One winter of blowing snow at Monkton Diner – notice snowmobile

parked at top of snow pile while its rider came in for a meal.
