The curving walkway is Weatheredge Limestone oversized flagstone.

We were excited to see how the color changed on the Japanese Maple after frost (right side of top picture)

Weatheredge Limestone Armor Stone (with the natural weathered face) was used as the flower bed edging.

A picture taken from the North Porch, down the steps to the walkway. The steps, coping, oversized flagstone, armor stone, window wells, Building Stone, window sills and lintels are all cut from blocks of our Weatheredge Limestone Quarry on Manitoulin Island.

These 1 piece steps were 13′ 7 1/2″ long.

A close up pic of the Weatheredge Limestone 1 piece steps. The top coping piece was 2 pieces but cut from the same slab. The tops are textured, giving grip. The oversized flagstone is also cut from the same stone and has the same textured finish. The piece outside the man door is approximately 10′ long.

Steps leading to the South porch. The bottom 4 pieces are full length pieces with a round weathered front edge and are all cut from one block of Weatheredge Limestone from our quarry on Manitoulin Island. Elroy chose the unique shape of the raw block to fit this space. They also have a weathered face on the right return edge, which is up against the flower bed. The longest step is 12′ long.
