A stonemason sent his customer to decide on the natural stone they
want on their chimney at the front of their house. When I saw how
close it was to their front entrance (which had no plans for stone)…
I told them that there is not a large amount of square feet in the
entrance area, especially after the large door square footage is deducted.
I felt it’s worth the cost, to be able to dress up the area that all guests
will go through. This was something they had not though of… but soon
agreed that a “Stone entrance” would be amazing and were grateful
for the suggestion.
