What a reno project. The wood mantle is not installed yet.

Great effort is being taken to look original and old, even the “Harvest
Gold Limestone Tumbled Random Thin Veneer” that was used to cover
this fireplace adds the appearance of age to it.

This section of porch has a see-through ceiling, giving the area a lot of natural light.

Flower planters are being installed on the 2nd floor veranda.

In the picture below, an extra floor was added to this area with a
see-through roof (sun-room) and lots of planters. We look forward
to coming back for the open house (upon completion). We thank the
contractor in charge, for the effort he put forth to be sure he is here
when we arrive.

The old brick chimneys are being left exposed. There’s lots of
sunshine available for when the many planters have plants in them.

4 flights of original wooden staircases, (view from the top floor). Amazing woodwork.
