Elite Blue Granite Ledgerock was used to clad several stories of numerous new Commercial, Residential Buildings and Condo Rental Units at King’s Wharf in the Harbor (Atlantic Ocean waters) at Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We worked closely with our dealer in Halifax, NS to provide the stone in a way that their buyer desired. King’s Wharf’s advertisements talk about “Livin’ the Dream” in their buildings and we are pleased to be a part of it. This area of the Bay was filled with soil, creating a new peninsula that didn’t exist before, which houses these high-rise units overlooking salt water, giving very nice views out of the windows. Obviously they engineered their footing structure down to solid rock before starting to build. Imagine driving your boat over the spot that you find these amazing structures on several years later.

King’s Wharf buildings are placed for beautiful waterfront views.

King’s Wharf has a total of 1500 units ranging from 533 to 1767 square ft.
