The completed fireplace. Notice what it looked like before the transformation.

The painted brick fireplace before it was covered with Elite Blue
Granite Ledgerock. We are showing progress pictures (step by step)
as it changes from the former brick fireplace to the natural stone masterpiece.

The bricks covered with a mortar base coat.

With the Elite Blue Granite Mantle & Corbels laid and supported they
started laying the Thin Veneer flats and corners in the section above the mantle.

With the area above the mantle completed… they laid the hearth and
started laying the stonework above the hearth. Notice that they
returned the “L-Shaped Thin Veneer Corners” into the fireplace opening.

The completed stonework. When laying stone with drystack joints
we recommended using black adhering mortar so if there is visible
cracks in some areas it looks like the black shadow rather than
glaring white or gray mortar.

Notice the amazing veining on the Elite Blue Granite fireplace hearth.
