This Best Western is located among the picturesque mountains of Revelstoke, BC.
Colonial’s employee, Rhonda Fisher (Wagler), was recently on her honeymoon driving through the mountains of British Columbia on the TransCanada Hwy. When she saw they were going past the city of Revelstoke she remembered there was something there worth stopping to see!! She had attempted to get more pictures of this hotel in the past so when she saw she had the opportunity to take them herself she went on a hunt to find this hotel that Colonial Brick & Stone had supplied with stone. She was rewarded with the site of this beautifully designed hotel nestled in the mountains! She excitedly photographed the beautiful stone details of the hotel and surprised Elroy Wagler with pictures, which he was very delighted to receive!
The stone is the Elite Blue Granite Ledgerock laid drystack with no mortar joints. The mason did a great job! The Elite Blue Granite Ledgerock looks great on residential houses to fireplaces, as well as on large commercial project such as this Best Western hotel.
The Elite Blue Granite Ledgerock is used to accent walls throughout the lobby and dining room of the hotel. This matches the design of the exterior with the interior of the building.
