Weatheredge Limestone Quarry
(Colonial Brick and Stone Inc. quarry on Manitoulin Island)
Weatheredge Limestone has a beautiful weathered face, which makes an impressive water feature. This impressive waterfall was constructed for the Plowing Match in Listowel, ON in 2005. It has a cave running through the back of the waterfall, with an opening under the falling water.
Waterfall at Royal Botanical Gardens
This Weatheredge Limestone waterfall is at the Royal Botanical Gardens in Toronto, ON. Each piece, in the waterfall and the stone wall, has a sawn top and bottom. This gives the whole water feature a modern appearance.
Armor Stone Wallstone
Weatheredge Limestone is a great stone to use for wallstone, retaining walls, edging flowerbeds or diveways, etc.
Split-Face Armor Stone
Weatheredge Limestone also makes an impressive building stone. Here are only a few pictures of finished houses. See many more pictures in the Limestone Veneer section under Weatheredge Limestone.
